We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Overall leader on large complex opportunities for most strategic customers in APAC; works in matrix org to develop the deal strategy and lead the bid team on large opportunities.
Ensures collaboration with multi-functional teams to execute on sales plans. Negotiates with internal and external parties and communicates with executive leadership on matters relating to the best strategies for identifying, securing, and maintaining critical customers.
Responds to proposal requests from customers and develops proposals, ensure the financials meet customer expectations and respect internal profit targets. Resolves wide-ranging issues to get proposals approved both by the customer and internally. It includes performs negotiations to close the sale.
Guides marketing resources and the sales leadership team to define the overall sales strategy as well as develop products and solutions responsive to the customer’s business.
Engineering or equivalent technical degree and 15 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in selling complex technical solutions in the Aviation Industry to airports, airlines, and ANSPs (Air Navigation Service Providers).
Must have proven track closing major opportunities in Aviation/Airlines Technologies domain.
Strong networks within Aviation / Airlines industry is prerequisite.
Possess the gravitas to develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; including senior level management
Acquire natural flair to communicate with people effectively, persuasively and respectfully
Mastery level of presentation skills in an articulate and clear elegance.
Proficiency in English is demonstrated in communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Prior sales experience from a renowned global organization is preferred
Ability to travel at least 70% of the time
