We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Develop and deliver features and value-added-services that enhance the customer experience and drive key metrics such as mobile market share, CR, recon, NPS and LTV.
Manage a talented team of product managers and collaborate with StarHub Consumer, Information Services (IS), Sales Ops, EBG sales, Finance and marketing functions.
Develop and grow talent actively through mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies.
You engage, influence and align other people to support your decisions at an executive and a working level, and for product/engineering teams to do the work needed to progress your priority, initiative or project.
You can build products and services where there is ambiguity on what to build and when.
You hold productive dialogs with customers, sales and customer experience teams; you can quickly identify problems worth solving and can explain your rationale with data.
You aim for running effective meetings and you know how to stay organised; you are not afraid to ask for help to unblock yourself or your team.
7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably at a Telco, tech or software company.
3+ years of experience working with mobile tariff plans, VAS and other mobile products.
Domain expertise in the Singapore domestic enterprise (/consumer) mobile market preferred.
Familiarity with business intelligence software, such as Tableau, and Excel is preferred.
Familiarity with vendors like Apple and Samsung is a plus.
Experience in Agile Product Development is a plus.
Tertiary degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related fields.
