We are looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company
Participate in salary surveys and analyze data to ensure competitiveness of salaries against the market
Participate in review and update of existing salary structure
Review existing benefits suite and recommend improvements
Keep abreast of changes and trends in legislation relating to C&B, and ensuring compliance
Design and implement C&B programmes to enhance the company’s competitiveness
Collaborate with the various HR business partners to ensure consistent implementation of C&B programmes
Support in the regular performance, salary and bonus reviews as well as the implementation of the company’s long-term incentive plans
A relevant degree in Human Resource or relevant
Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in the human resource management function within a large organization, with at least 4 years in a specialist C&B role
Conversant in job evaluations and salary benchmarking
Candidates with C&B specialist experience in HR consulting firms have an added advantage
