Being keenly attuned to the changing needs of the organisation, the Singapore and international healthcare landscape and strategise with the Chief, P&OD in building organizational capability through the personal and professional capability development of staff (clinical and non-clinical), enabling them to do their job well, grow as a healthcare professional, and future-proof for tomorrow’s healthcare.
Devising learning strategies & framework to facilitate individual, team and organizational learning and growth.
Overseeing the Learning Needs Analysis of staff, from framework, supporting policies and processes, engaging stakeholders, implementation and review.
Overseeing in-house programme development for various learning and development needs, including leadership development, management associate development programme, etc.
Partner programme owners in curriculum development, use of different pedagogical tools and modality for training and learning, implementation strategies and evaluation.
Building a learning culture where staff owns their own learning being self-driven, independent learners, skillful in using technology for learning.
Minimum Master Degree in Education, preferably in the field of adult learning, curriculum development or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years direct and recent working experience in learning and development
Proven experience with adult learning and course design techniques, as well as the ability to identify and fulfil adult learner needs
Design thinking and project management
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with good presentation and training skills
