Support Deputy Director of Talent and L&D in rebuilding leadership and professional capabilities framework and interventions
Support Deputy Director of Talent and L&D in capability building for Smart Nation
Support Deputy Director of Talent and L&D in providing internal consulting support to senior executives to help drive the effectiveness of their groups
Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions to achieve L&D objectives
Develop and manage learning and development initiatives that drive leadership capability building
Manage and administer high potential development, led by Talent Management
Develop and manage learning and development initiatives that drive employee engagement, build employees’ capacity and capabilities
Support Deputy Director of Talent and L&D in evolving a clear and integrated competency development framework across different career paths and tracks
Involved in curriculum design and development programmes for professional development to enhance leadership, performance and potential in delivering outcomes
Provide excellent project and account management to ensure effective and efficient delivery of outcomes
You should have:
Skills in learning design, development, implementation and measurement
A broad knowledge of qualified learning suppliers and experience in working with them
Good expertise in assessing organization development needs and implementing solutions
Good interpersonal skills to building relationships with teams across different business functions
Ability to develop learning and development strategies and plans, and implement them to achieve desired objectives
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of government procurement requirements preferred but not required
Educational level
Bachelor degree in business, communication, HR, education or equivalent degree
Certifications in HRD, HRM, Adult Learning, OD or Organizational Behaviour preferred but not required
More than 10 years in learning and development experience
More than 5 years in an L&D managerial team lead position
