Our client is looking for IT Solution Lead / Lead Business Analyst – Data & Analytics

You will be someone that comes from tech background with strong expertise in data and analytics.

As part of an agile project team, you will undertake the role to engage business stakeholders, solution for data and analytics system for various business units by working closely with Chief Data Officer team.

You will also:

• Work with various teams and IT program professionals to deliver a data wrangling, analytics and reporting system which is critical to the Bank’s work
• Develop end-to-end requirements for the platform and help shape and deliver the solution according to the business’ priorities
• Prepare user stories and documentations
• Assist the development team to build robust data and analytics systems

Requirements

• Min 12 years of experience in technology roles with min 8 years working with data and 3-4 years in analytics related projects
• Strong experience with various data analytics tools
• Experience in Machine learning, predictive analysis
• Prior experience working with various Machine learning models strong expertise in data modelling and engineering skills to address complex data requirements
• Proven experience in capturing requirements and translating to specs
• Experience with metadata management including business glossaries
• Very good communication skills and stakeholder management ​
