Senior Investor Relations – Newly Established LFMC Firm Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all aspects of fund raising and investor relation matters.
• Enable quality production of marketing materials and assist in investor due diligence processes.
• Forge and maintain a strong relationship with existing/potential investors to ensure consistent communication and understanding of investor preferences/parameters.
• Must have the ability to maintain strong connections to future and current investors; providing an accurate and solid brand representation for the firm in the market
• Work closely with the CEO and business development team to identify and develop potential BD initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in investor relations with a strong network of institutional investors, family offices or accredited investors.
• Fund raising experience would be advantageous.
• Result oriented with an international mindset.
• Strong background in private equity.
• A minimum of 5 relevant years experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage.
