Your new role
1) Senior Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Management Reporting (Real Estate/REITS)

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead the Financial Accounting & Management Accounting team. You will oversee the regulatory and SGX reporting, and analyse key financial data. You will present reports and work closely with the Asset Management team to support their management analysis and decisions. Also, you will support in investor relations matter.

You are required to have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in management accounting and reporting in Real Estate/Property/REITS companies.

2) Finance Manager (Real Estate/Property)
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a team in handling the full spectrum of financial reporting, management reporting, consolidation, analyse and reporting to head office, and reporting on operational matters.

You are required to have at least 6-8 years of full sets accounting experience in Real Estate/Property/REITS companies.

3) Assistant Fund Finance Manager (PE funds in real estate)
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support in the financial accounting, statutory reporting and investor reporting.

You will review NAV calculations, provide support in managing the tax structure and tax reporting of the funds, cash management of the entire structure, and review transactional support.

You will also assist with fund modelling, and develop an understanding on the investment structure.

You are required to have at least 3-5 years of relevant finance experience in Real Estate Funds. Experience in fund administration in real estate funds will be highly advantageous.
