We are currently working with an international commodity house who is looking for Fertilizer Trader to be based in Singapore, to lead and develop their fertilizer desk on a global level. Ideal candidates should have at least 6-8 years of experience in the fertilizer space. This offers the opportunity to work in an established commodities house with great career advancement.

Responsibilities

• In charge of tendering and trade (procurement and sales)
• Lead and build positive P&L their fertilizer desk on a global level.
• Analyse commodity market trends
• Manage trading books to reach annual profit target
• Maintaining close business relationship and developing these accounts to achieve maximum trading potential

Qualifications

• Possesses a self-starter attitude and can work independently
• Min 6-8 years of experience dealing with fertilizer trading
• Strong market-driven business development and execution capabilities
• Strong industry connections and good market intelligence in the industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Must have international trading experience
• Good communication skills
• Good relationship networks
• Result oriented
