We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Assist the assigned clinics/disciplines in business planning activities, working closely with Head of Department and Partnership Development department
Manage all communications, publicity and patient education materials for the clinics/disciplines
Conceptualize, plan and execute events/activities to promote business and services
Collate the operational and financial data on a monthly basis and put together the required reports for management’s review and meetings
Write justification paper for request of budgets/funds for purchase of equipment/infrastructure or approval of business plans
Plan, coordinate and project-manage facilities/equipment upgrading projects and any hospital-level projects (e.g. IT infrastructure)
Assist in administrative functions of the department/clinics such as maintaining records of licenses, preventive maintenance schedule
Assist in reviewing and ensuring compliance of regulatory/MOH/department/hospital’s requirements/standards/protocol for the assigned clinics/disciplines
Assist in the managing service agreements – billings, operational workflow or issues
Participate in hospital-level projects and workgroups
Provide Secretariat support for division/department meetings including writing meeting minutes and following up on meeting action points
Participate in hospital’s emergency planning exercise and render support in hospital emergency or incidents, when required
A good bachelor’s degree in any field though a specialization in healthcare management will be an advantage
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Analytical, meticulous and with a flair for numbers/data are essential pre-requisites
Process oriented and service/patient driven
Good organizational, coordination and project management skills
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Good people and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and passionate about healthcare
Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and changing environment
