We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non-medical equipment including hospital wide standardisation of equipment and workflows, management of funds, procurement, evaluation and award
Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
Logistics and meeting arrangements
Coordination work related to infrastructure and system readiness
Coordination of manpower readiness for Ancillary staff including training and orientation
Inventory building and management for equipment, supplies and consumables including support of key delivery activities for opening
Support of Clinical department in the service development for approved LMCs through analysis of service needs
Data collection and analysis to support justification and utilization studies
Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution with 2-3 years working experience in an operations or service background is preferred
Healthcare experience is a bonus
Ability to plan, organize, and execute
Manage relationships (internal and external), especially with clinicians and nurses
Meticulous and pay attention to details
Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Self-driven with ability to learn and improve
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
