We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Manage a team of staff, conduct new staff orientation, manage daily operations of business office, review and plan departmental roster
Prepare and presents reports, manage departmental costs and plan budget, prepare and conducts staff appraisals, oversee staff discipline, co-ordinate roll-out of new initiatives involving Business Office
Support in audit (internal and external), manage complaints/disputes and ensure corporate governance.
Manage Admission team in their daily processes and roster planning, and able to perform admission process, cashiering, billing, in-flight accounts follow-up, and discharge of patients
Manage an Admission team and roster planning for 24-hours shifts..
Minimally a Diploma or degree
Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage.
