We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Plan and coordinate the opening and closing ceremonies, including drafting of the admin programme, logistical organisation, such as venue booking, preparation of seating plan, food catering, take on the role of emcee during events and functions, etc.
Collaborate and support alumni activities and engagements through seminars and conference organised locally or overseas held in hybrid of physical or online platforms.
A recognized polytechnic diploma or degree
At least 4 years of experience in administration and training support operation
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Application and Adobe programmes
Meticulous and able to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines
