We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Manage & evolve a sales team to deliver on growth sales strategies for Food & Beverage platform Cloud technology across the JAPAC region.
Manage a team to identify targets, build pipeline, penetrate existing accounts and maintain strong ongoing relationships with customers.
Create and instil a performance driven, results-orientation culture based on data and facts. Takes full accountability for the achievement of organizational results. Adept at business operations with a proven playbook – is able to synthesize goals and objectives around targets and institute controls for continuous measurement and improvement. Able to translate and deliver audience-appropriate messages about business performance and future expectations.
Contribute to the FBGBU growth strategy and support all global goals.
Build personal credibility, understand business stakeholder and form the right internal networks.
Establish and maintain sales management processes through your leadership that include forecast review, activity management, territory and account penetration.
Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building senior customer and external partner relationships.
Leverage company best practices to ensure customer success.
Facilitate the success of the team and individuals through coaching, counselling and performance management while quickly getting new hires contributing effectively to the team.
Actively recruit and hire highly qualified team members while conducting performance management on an ongoing basis.
Motivate team members and encourage individual career development
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years enterprise software sales experience with 5 years in a successful sales management role or equivalent.
Experience leading teams of Sales Representatives in technology is a must.
Previous exposure to the Hospitality industry would be helpful but not mandated.
Needs to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the JAPAC region and previous experience would be preferable although with it being a wide landscape, partial history will be considered.
