We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Run technical bridges with response personnel to ensure the incident is contained from a technical level
Identify the non-technical residual risk from incidents and ensuring that the appropriate personnel from legal, risk, anti-fraud, public communications and other risk owners are informed and providing guidance in their response were required.
Provide updates to senior risk and cyber security leadership and other key personnel on the response
Work with the root cause analysis team to ensure that post incident reports are accurate and provide meaningful recommendations for future response activities.
Leadership – Either formal or informal leadership experience is important, however the candidate is not required to have had direct reports. Leadership skills help when as incident responders lead during times of crisis.
2 -4 Years Systems Administration, Service Desk or other technical delivery roll – Baseline technical experience is required to understand how computers work and how modern technology services are provided.
6 -10 years experience + a proven track record on delivering a high quality of work and improving existing process. This is not an exhaustive list if you think your previous roles can add value based on the description of the role please apply.
