Key Roles and Responsibilities of the AML Compliance Officer, Leading Asian Bank:
In charge of daily Compliance Advisory and AML/Financial Crime Compliance matters – including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CFT), Sanctions, Anti-bribery and Fraud
Assist in development and implementation of AML compliance policies, frameworks and procedures
In charge of reviewing and maintaining regulatory compliance policies and practices – such as FACTA/CRS Reporting
Keeping abreast on all regulatory updates
Support all business lines on compliance matters such as conducting enterprise wide risk assessments and periodic reporting
All other ad-hoc matters
Requirements of the Head of Legal, Leading Investment Bank:
At least 5 years relevant compliance experience in Brokerage/Securities/Corporate Finance
Experience managing Compliance – AML/Financial Crime Investigations or Projects
Good time management and Problem Solving Skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
