Senior Business Analyst, VP – Trade Finance Permanent

As a Business Analyst, you will manage the following:

• Change management, undertake scoping and evaluation of new initiatives, defining overall considerations, and provide recommendation.
• Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demands requiring technology or operations enablement & solution.
• Stakeholder management, prioritizing business requests and co-create Business Roadmap with business segments.
• Develop high-level solution to illustrate feasibility of achieving target business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational technology roadmap and strategy working in consultation across business technology functions.
• Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications, to build sustainable process.
• Lead reviews with business on system stability, responsiveness, production incident, problem tickets including identification of critical root cause.

This individual must possess:

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering with min. 8 years of experience in Business Analysis leading technology and operation related efforts.
• Holds 12 years of banking and consulting experience within trade. Business Analyst expertise, with sound business domain knowledge in banking, Trade Finance.
• Experience in change management and project management.
• Sound understanding of technology and operational processes across functions within banking.
• Experience in scoping and evaluation, providing solution and recommendation.
