Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Support and manage regional PC and device lifecycle
• Responsible for application, operating system deployment, patch management and windows servicing and other PC management tasks with SCCM/WSUS/MDT including planning, deployment and troubleshooting during daily operation
• Ensures day-to-day service and technical operations task execution are according to plan and pre-defined procedures
• Performs efficient and comprehensive resolution for incidents and request
• Support and Maintain SCCM infrastructure include health monitoring, periodic upgrade and maintenance, change control, security hardening, documentation etc
• Carry out periodic review on SCCM Architecture in term of boundaries/network, server/role placement, content management/distribution to meet the ever-changing environment
• Working with reporting manager by providing input for continual service improvement
• Work closely with development team on SCCM’s automation and integration
• Provides guidance to endpoint support engineer in ensuring that service operations processes are followed

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have minimal 3 years of Windows client administration experience with strong SCCM background

• Working Experience with PC lifecycle management using SCCM/WSUS/MDT
• Experience supporting and managing a windows client E.g. Windows 10
• Fluent in windows scripting using VBScript, PowerShell or other development tools
• Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
