Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Perform work in shifts to provide 24/7 on-site or on-call support.
Incident and Problem management.
Should have knowledge on SRE Best practices and able to adhere to SRE guidelines in the work.
Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues.
Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
Work with onsite and offshore teams across multiple technologies / applications
Continuous improvement of the system, removal of toil, job automation, performance tuning.
Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput, user journeys and overall system health.
Working experience in Banking and Anti money laundering
Knowledge of min. 2 Actimize modules (e.q. WLF, SAM, FRAUD, CDD)
Knowledge in of Oracle, SQLServer, MariaDB, Middleware, Message Queue.
Knowledge of scripting in Windows and Linux and scheduling software.
Knowledge of Java, .NET or other programming language
Hands on experience on tools like Grafana, Promethues, ELK has added advantage.
Ability to exercise judgment to research and solve problems where the answer is not apparent.
Ability to function independently within a multi-task environment while mastering a variety of tasks and functions.
