Job Purpose Provide support to Vickers Operation and Vickers Institutional Business in the new Biz Initiatives, system enhancements
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets
Organize, attend and participant in meetings, document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings, work with respective Vickers Operation Team Manager to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Coordinate and perform quality check on the Daily Pandemic reporting, Monthly KRI, RCSA, Review of External System access, Business Continuity Plans.
Analyse risks and opportunities and BCP notification
Conduct physical stock count and perform Stock Reconciliation.
Participant in UAT for new products, system enhancements
Undertaking project tasks as required
Diploma or Degree holder
At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in a banking operations environment, ideally in a Controls-related role
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
A keen eye for control and ability to sieve out key issues and root causes in various circumstances
Strong control mindset, with an eye for details
Strong ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Good team player with good communication skills
Be able to work independently and under pressure
