You will be part of the Corporate Systems team modernizing the user experience of our HCM and creating a solid foundation for tomorrow. As a Senior Architect, you will work closely with the stakeholders to transform and leverage technologies to deliver game changing experience, as well as keeping our technology aligned with the strategic vision and to ensure the development of scalable solutions.
Design and lead development of solutions to meet business requirements, with SuccessFactors as the main platform
Drive standardization and best practises during implementation of solutions
Be involved with planning, analysis, implementation and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors Modules, focusing on (but not limited to) Employee Central module
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solution according to specifications
Create and maintain configuration documents
Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications
Explore and evaluate new technologies to complement our existing solutions
Lead discussions and workshops to identify and clarify business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to optimize and propose alternate solution when required
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with partners, including SuccessFactors support
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or IT
More than 10 years experience in IT consulting or project delivery, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience working on SAP SuccessFactors
Proven track record of end-to-end full life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors, with at least 2 of them on Employee Central module
Experience with Time Off, Time Sheets, and Global Assignments
Good working knowledge of MDF objects, Rules and Workflows
Experience analysing and managing SuccessFactors release management updates
Active Associate/Professional Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Centra
