Senior Analyst, SP International Permanent NEW

What You’ll Do:

· Perform business and financial analysis, including the building of financial models to support development of strategic plans, investment and business decisions

· Conduct research and analysis on industry peers, track industry developments and business and investment opportunities, and maintain a database of such analysis

· Participate in the identification and evaluation of new business and investment opportunities, and execution of transactions, including but not limited to strategy, commercial viability, structuring, due diligence, project management, completion and integration arrangements

· Develop reports and presentations to the Board and Senior Management

What You’ll Need:

· Degree in Business/ Accountancy/ Engineering with around 3 years’ relevant experience

· Commercial mindset with solid quantitative and analytical skills;

· Good knowledge of corporate finance and valuation techniques, financial modelling experience is a must

· Self-motivated, driven, possess a problem-solving aptitude and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines

· Highly versatile and adaptable to changes, able to work independently and in a team in a fastmoving and flexible environment;

· Team player and good interpersonal skills (listening, understanding, influencing and communication), able to interact with all levels within the organisation and with external parties
