You will be a member of the HRTS team responsible to support the implementation of SAP Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Success Factor(SF) HR modules, quarterly change requests, system support and HR Datamart. Working with internal users and cross-functional teams, you will develop and translate business needs into functional requirements. On a daily basis, you will be expected to be able to trouble-shoot on the SAP and SF issues reported globally.
As a functional business analyst of the project team, you will also be responsible for gathering requirements, design/review solutions, stakeholders communication, training, building test plans and executing test cycles. You will partner with internal IT and/or the outsourced systems integrator throughout all project phases, and continue to support and maintain the HRMS after implementation.
