EB3 is looking for a young and energetic team-mate to join us on our journey as we expand and deepen our collaboration with our associate bank in China. As a member of the Team, you will have the opportunity to travel to China for customer visits and marketing events, learn the Chinese culture of banking and engaging Chinese corporate customers, gain experience and knowledge of the China market, work closely on joint initiatives with our associate bank in areas such as cross-border financing and trade finance. What you’ll do
To manage and acquire a portfolio of corporate relationships (mainly borrowing customers with Chinese parentage)
To maximise the revenue generated from existing and new customers
To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with legal documentation, line implementation and loan disbursement
To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner
To provide excellent customer service
What you bring
Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management
Conversant in English and Chinese (both written and oral communication)
Good credit skills
Results-oriented and customer-focused
Prepared to travel
