Regional Vice President – Head of Value Advisory, Asia Pacific Japan Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Ensure VA is effectively delivered across APJ to achieve our cloud growth objectives by accelerating key deals and enabling scale. This is done by hiring, developing and retaining the best talent, providing a clear engagement model, through an effective knowledge management process, common quality standards and transparent reporting.
• Support strategic priorities, targeted revenue, margin, and market share goals of the Market Units (MUs).
• Personal involvement in fostering strategic partnerships with key decision makers in our customer and partner organizations
• Leads, develops, coaches, and motivates direct reports, VMC, VA leaders and teams in the local markets

• More than 15 years of professional experience in Sales / Consulting / Industry experience including minimum 6 years of strategy / management consulting experience, or 6+ years of value advisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in leading and developing high performing teams. Strong interest and experience coaching and leading direct or virtual, cross- functional teams.
• Experience in change management.
• Advanced knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain and ecosystem analyses experience.
• Experience with business case creation, analysis, and research.
• Customer facing experience including managing business and IT alignment, executive interview techniques, design, and facilitation of executive workshops along diverse perspectives and expectations
• Experience in diverse technology landscape and process / technology integration topics.
• Experience with managing business and IT alignment.
• Large account management, account Engagement Design, and Facilitation.
• Executive presence.
• SAP Industry and/or product line business development. Experience building and retaining strong customer relationships
• Experience leading complex sales and consulting engagements.
• Fluency in English, any other language is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required. MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university is preferred.
