We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Leverage global frameworks, systems and programs and drive continuous improvement, while ensuring a consistent regional approach to sourcing, recruiting talent and secure a strong talent pipeline.
Transition the business to value proactive talent sourcing, internal career management and mobility
Together with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development team, work closely with the marketing and communications teams to proactively communicate and promote our Employee Value Proposition through the career sites (both internal and external) and external job and careers sites such as LinkedIn.
Work closely with the HR Business Partners and their teams to ensure Talent Acquisition activities are consistent and efficient providing an enhanced employment experience for our people and a commercial contribution to the organisation.
The main focus of roles are based in Singapore, with some roles located in other markets as needed
At least 5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience within a professional services sector recruitment environment (RPO or In-House). Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore and SEA markets is advantageous
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.).
Hands-on experience with an HRIS (Workday preferred) ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Detailed knowledge of LinkedIn and posting jobs on social media and job boards.
Experience working across diverse cultures and business environments. Experience in managing recruitment and talent sourcing across multiple countries in Southeast Asia is preferred, although most of the roles are based in Singapore.
Successful track record of delivering on recruitment needs that lead to positive business outcomes, provide efficient and effective services to secure talent. Partnering and working with a variety of human resources centres of excellence and country-based / local recruitment teams.
