Regional Sales Director (Security Solutions) Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Reporting to the President of Sales, you will be responsible in setting clear business development & sales plan for all product lines within APAC
• You will have a team of Senior Sales Managers and director across APAC under your care whilst taking charge of sales projections and revenue results.
• You will be expected to monitor and evaluate development of key players and competitors in the stated region
• Support the team in closing major deals and developing key accounts in both Enterprise and Industrial markets

• To qualify, you should hold Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Engineering degree in a business or technical (mechanical, electrical) relevant field.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated relevant regional experience in sales & Security Solution
• Global business strategic mindset and experience
• Must have P&L experience
• Must have proven leadership management skills
• incumbent must possess extensive product portfolio experience in selling the following – CCTV, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection etc.
