Our client is a fast growing Payments company facilitating cross channel payments via cash-in, cash-out and mobile payments technologies. In line with expansion plans, they are seeking a Regional Product Manager to manage their payment application platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with internal experts and clients to enhance and customize exisitng products for launch in various markets. In addition, you will also develop and manage the product roadmap for service and features in partnership with technical program managers and engineers. Leading the communication throughout the development process across internal as well as client facing teams, ensuring that products satisfy customers’ needs, are also expected.
Required Skills and Experience :
At least 5 years of payments product management experience and a strong passion to build great products and increase customer delight.
Experience in managing end to end product launches.
Experience transforming product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives.
