Regional Operations Vice President Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Propose business process improvements through workflow analysis methods to support system developments throughout project life cycle
• Determine key messages to communicate to internal stakeholders for application of latest technology trends
• Drive organisational discussions on adoption of the latest technology innovations and successful completion of projects
• Integrate technology solutions and automations to replace inefficient processes
• Manage the impact of implementing technology enablers on organisational operations
• Manage impact of the use of technology/electronic tools and devices on organisational performance
• Analyse the wider implications of analysis and research to draw inferences on logistics operations
• Influence key stakeholders on risks and implications resulting from analysis and research
• Develop and review data management systems and databases for process improvements
• Review costs and benefits of big data solutions to identify the most appropriate approaches to address business needs

• Bachelor’s degree
• Possess 5 – 10 years of Operational and business experience within the supply chain or ecommerce industry with at least 3 years in a managerial position and has experience in working with 3 or more countries.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Good conceptual thinking and planning skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
