Our client is an established renewable energy investor and infrastructure developer. It is now entering an exciting growth phase and is seeking to appoint a dynamic Regional Human Resource Manager to support its expansion.
This is a full suite HR Generalist role working closely with the partners and business leaders, consulting and providing strategic and tactical HR solutions. It is a very hands on role where you will be responsible for all aspects of HR business partnering and HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and HRIS. You will represent the firm on HR matters to the HR and Remuneration Committee or in other investor forums as appropriate. You will also recommend and implement HR best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.
You are degree qualified with strong hands on HR generalist and HR operations experience gained in small to mid-sized companies with regional businesses and employees with international backgrounds. You are highly familiar with Singapore employment laws, and ideally have experience covering other Asia Pacific locations e.g. Japan, Korea Australia, China, Taiwan, Indonesia. You have worked in high pressure, intense and highly dynamic environments and have a high level of resilience, grit and resourcefulness. Prior exposure to infrastructure investment businesses will be advantageous. You have a strong operational excellence mindset coupled with commerciality as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
