We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
This role serves as an insights-driven partner to the business leaders, to drive people excellence and deliver positive business outcomes. The key responsibilities include: leading and managing a team of HR Operations Partners responsible for managing the employee experience throughout the whole employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, payroll, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding). You would also be required to build strong partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs and COE. You would be in partnership with the HRBP team, striving to build strong employee connections. This role will also require you to make data-driven decisions. You would also have to provide support in the resolution of employee data issues. As a manager, you would also have the responsibility of managing and guiding the career development of your direct reports. This role also involves projects focused on enhancing employee experience and refining the effectiveness of various HR processes.
You are degree qualified, with 7+ years of HR experience and a strong background in HR Ops. Experience with managing a team and working in matrix organisations are a plus. Strong proficiency in Google suite and knowledge of HR systems are required. In addition, if you have a proven track record in making an impact by leveraging on your strong communication and project management skills – this may be the role for you.
