Regional High Net Worth Propositions Manager Permanent NEW

The Regional High Net Worth Propositions Manager will be responsible for the development and innovation of insurance solutions for High Net Worth customers across the region. The key responsibilities include the conceptualization and launch of insurance propositions to customers, spanning from product development and delivery, sales advisory to post-sales services.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and innovate end-to-end insurance solutions for high net worth customers.
• Conduct research on customer, competitor and market on a regular basis to identify potential enhancement and innovation to insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the timely delivery of regional initiatives.
• Management of external stakeholders, including onboarding of providers, negotiation of terms and ongoing review.
• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance proposition to countries and share best practices across the region.
• Support other key strategic and operational projects across the insurance business in APAC / EMEA markets as identified.
• Manage resources and timeline for the delivery of initiatives.

The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:

• 8 – 10+ years of relevant industry experience preferably with background in Bancassurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales processes across life, investments and non-life
• Strong end-to-end project management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across functions and countries.
• Experience with Bancassurance implementations (and wealth management) and supporting processes (sales, technology, service etc.) preferred
• Highly organized and commercially savvy
• Strong communications (verbal, written, PPT) and relationship management skills
• Strong analytic ability
