We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all facets of the marketing mix
Own brand health metrics across countries and corresponding success of all brand marketing work
Ensure effectiveness of alignment, communication and implementation of regional marketing drive
Manage A&P/ marketing budget across all countries
Drive demand, download & usage of future Ninja app & Dash Lite ecosystem to facilitate Self Serve Sales Channel
Competitive monitoring; develop and implement a system and process for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market customer and competitive indicators that will feed sales and marketing decision-making
Work with regional commercial team to identify and develop new markets for existing product
Determine market segmentation, targeting and positioning for product lines in each country
Minimally a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of marketing & management experience in relevant industries
Agency work would be a bonus
Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is preferred
Experience in strategic marketing management & market analysis
Demonstrated ability to build & execute a marketing strategy with clear goals & objectives to align to sales objectives and support the growth targets.
Self-driven and proactive Agility, able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
High level of proficiency with both fixed and variable marketing channel and CRM programs.
Natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
