Your new role
As a Project Manager you will be playing a critical role in enabling new business and projects contributing to alignment between Front Office and Functions, as well as being the architects (end-to-end) of the Global Banking Value Chain.

Your duties include:

• Understanding business, project requirements, cost and time-frame of projects
• Coordinate & challenge experts to put together a solution meeting the business requirements
• Design the project governance (roles & responsibilities, governance bodies, stakeholders’ identification)
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on end to end processes and bring expertise on the end to end process with a strong focus on improving the efficiency of the Operating Model

What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within Global Banking Business and with expertise on Business-focused end-to-end & Change management projects, in the financial services or consulting environment
• Experience of Outsourcing / offshoring project and Operating Model Design & Process changes
• Good In-depth knowledge of Front Office to Finance processing chains with a focus on Operations
• Good knowledge of bank functions (Compliance, Treasury, Client Services
• Good technical understanding of Global Banking products and especially Corporate Banking
