We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Partner with Retail, Store Operations and other cross functional teams (Services, Product Marketing, Marcom, Public Relations etc) to support the creative and operational execution of new experiences and content for the region.
Manage workflow for multiple projects simultaneously to ensure appropriate lead times for flawless execution, asset creation, feedback, collaboration and reviews
Support the development of all scalable guidelines and templates to enable consistent content and experience execution regionally
Collect and review content KPIs and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
Deliver and facilitate test or pilot sessions in-store to gather feedback and integrate learnings for future experience development
Maintain a close connection to stores and Head of Programmings, so their insights for new experiences and content are good and current
Maintain a regional perspective on consumer technology, education, entertainment and social media trends
Proven passion for creativity, learning and culture.

Candidates with a background in experience design will be a plus
4+ years professional experience in content creation, copywriting or learning and engagement
