We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Check the calibration report, ensure calibration is perform according to specification and standards.
Check calibration results meet the accuracy and limits requirement.
Coordinate calibrations and on-site service with outside vendors.
Liaise with vendors and users to resolve calibration matters or technical issues.
Participate in cost control initiatives and continuous improvement projects/events.
Any other duties as assigned.
2-3 years of experience in calibration, maintenance or engineering.
Ability to work independently and team environment.
Mathematical knowledge – an understanding of applied and technical mathematics, including probability; statistical inference; and concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions, is required to calculate uncertainty in measurement.
Troubleshooting capability – to determine the reasons why measurements and test results are not within the expected range.
Analytical ability – the ability to analyze test results, make recommendations, and apply innovative solutions to complex problems.
Communication skills – excellent in verbal and written communication skills to convey information related to standards, protocols, equipment, and safety.
Computer skills – including but not limited to all Microsoft office programs with strong knowledge of MS Excel forms, both operational as well as database.
