Product Manager has the following responsibilities:
Responsible for product performance and profitability for Singtel Business SaaS offerings. Develop product strategies and execute product lifecycle management including roadmap planning, offer pricing and cost structure.
Define product requirement and use case by gathering customer insights. Perform customers’ needs profiling/analysis and provide recommendation on overall portfolio.
Conceptualize and develop new capabilities, schemes with business case analysis, ensuring product is competitive and meet changing market needs. Monitor performance and drive improvement.
Define and manage product policies and processes to deliver end to end service delivery in a customer-centric manner.
Work with respective stakeholders (partners, development, operations, IT) to enable service delivery in line with objectives and timeline.
Review and manage product terms and experience as well as partner agreement
Market landscape to identify market needs. Identify target market, product positioning and review offer to ensure competitiveness
Drive product adoption to meet product targets including executing clear positioning and value proposition, sales kit, battlecard, sales and partner engagement.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management experience, at large organisations or innovative startups.
Direct experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) services or cloud applications
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
