As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. You will be working closely with the Technical team to deliver impactful products to transform businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering and analysing requirements and propose changes and design specifications and enhancements to the current system as required
• Perform system unit testing, integration testing and debugging with the Technical Team
• Proactively work with the Product Owners and Technical Team to identify problems, perform root cause analysis and formulate solutions
• Translate requirements into system design and draw up specific proposals and mock-ups for requirements. UI, UX experience is preferred
• Provide user support, investigate and troubleshoot issues, as well as provide timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in working with internal and external stakeholders on requirements gathering
• Technically knowledge in one or more of the following languages, tools and technologies: ASP.NET, C#, MSSQL, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and JIRA
• Technical knowledge in OutSystems will be advantageous
• Has experience and be comfortable with Agile methodologies and be able to write Agile user stories
• Possess strong analytical skills
• Well-versed with problem resolution methodologies
• Strong customer-service or business-centric orientation
• Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix work environment
