We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Provide support on data management, produce various data reports which will be included in papers and advice to the relevant committee’s role in the proper governance of variable compensation and regulatory remuneration in relation to risk and control matters.
Drafting initial papers, including proposals, outcomes, and records, contributing to the relevant committee’s role in the proper governance of compensation and employee behaviours under regulatory requirements and bank policies
Work closely with Compliance, Market Risk, Credit Risk and Operational Risk (and their nominated points of contact) to manage proactively the list of event required people related investigations and work closely with PRB and HR colleagues to ensure matters are considered in the relevant Reward Plan Committees to the required standards and outcomes are determined in accordance with appropriate Group guidance.
8+ years of experience across HR/Legal/Compliance or risk management
Proven track record in working with data management and data reporting
Excellent written & spoken communication skills
Excellence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must
Organization, documentation, implementation, multitasking and effective scheduling skills
Proven influencing & communication skills (including strong coordination/relationship management skills)
Experience of project management and delivery
Focus on high standards, quality and high attention to detail
Experience working in an international reward consultancy or international reward function is advantageous
