We are looking for a Power & Renewables Analyst , who will focus on the Asia region .
The role will be located in our Singapore office, where you will be joining the Singapore Research team. You will be the regional representative of Fitch Solutions Global Power & Infrastructure Analysis team – spread across Flitch’s global offices. You will be contributing to our market intelligence service, providing analytical research for senior decision makers in multinational corporations, banks, consultancies, investment funds and government agencies.
Responsibilities include :
You will receive extensive training in all areas of Infrastructure, Power and Renewables analysis. Fitch Solutions offers a comprehensive, hands on training programme for all new joiners in the Macro Research team. The programme consists of a combination of peer-to-peer learning, self-learning through our online learning portal and on the job training. We provide all the tools necessary to be a successful analyst and provide a hands on approach to ensuring all new starters work through this programme successfully.
Our intention is to get each new analyst proactively contributing to the team and the content created as soon as possible, and therefore we strongly believe that on the job training, with copious hands-on support, is preferable to off-site training.

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for the subject matter, with prior understanding of basic macroeconomic principles and a familiarity with world affairs. A trainee analyst will need to demonstrate ambition and a desire to learn and continue to develop as an analyst from day one.
