Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who can:
• provide PMO support across various projects and programs using agreed Program management methodologies
• work closely with the vendors, Program managers, senior managers & stakeholders across the various functions and Business divisions e.g. HR, Finance, IT, Group Strategy Communications and Brand and other project groups to meet the required project deliverables
• take ownership of the SDM governance in the capacity of a PMO. Create and maintain documentation for the status updates, roadmaps, detailed plans, RAID logs, action logs, change requests and other project deliverables using tools like JIRA, PPM, Excel and PowerPoint
• support on a regular basis the existing resource management activities, like updating various tools (MS Office tools) and forecasts, any other ad-hoc tasks related with resource management
• support the program office in the consolidation and comprehension of all relevant information gathered from the business divisions and functions to be channeled appropriately into various reports & documents
Job Requirements
• proven track record with PMO experience while working for large programs/ projects ideally within Finance sector
• good understanding and work experience of operational processes and project management methodologies ideally Agile (SCRUM, Kanban) and/or Waterfall
• very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• Understanding of SDLC methodology
• PPM knowledge
• reliable knowledge / experience working with tools such as JIRA, Sharepoint etc
• familiarity with financials and shared services
• experience in working in project and program management areas (bonus project management certification: Agile, PMI, Prince2 etc.)
