However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a People Technology Implementation Manager to join our People Technology Team. You will be a key player in our HR transformation into a shared service model, which includes the implementation of Workday HCM. You will be part of the team that manages sophisticated HR technology operational activities and projects. We are focusing heavily on optimization of technology and process improvements.

As the People Technology Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for..

• Managing Workday implementation through all life cycles stages of the project, from discovery, to design, build, test and deployment.
• Providing subject matter expertise to all stakeholders involved in the project, guiding and advising on best practices and industry standards
• Provide the global project manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Maintain standard project management documentation, working with the People Technology team, local and global stakeholders to adhere to agreed timelines, to deliver successful implementation.
• Serve as an escalation point during implementation phase for all, demonstrating strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• You will partner with various functional areas to provide HR system delivery, administration and support

Required experience:

• 3-7 years previous program/project management experience required including scope and requirements definition, problem solving and process
• Previous experience in implementing Workday in Asia Pacific or globally.
• Experience leading a project implementation of Workday.
• Experience leading and participating in technical and cross-functional projects.
• Previous functional/technical HCM deployment experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
• Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan.
• Participates as part of a team, understanding the various work styles of others and their roles on the team. Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to the goals and objectives of the team
• Awareness of cultural diversity and can embrace and capitalize those differences; applies knowledge in decision-making processes.
• Previous experience in implementing Workday in Asia Pacific or globally.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
