The Role Responsibilities
The People Capability Engagement Lead (CABM) is accountable for consulting in an objective, data driven way to identify and prioritize strategic current and future capability and performance improvement opportunities across the CABM function, solutioning for these, and ensuring business, team and key role learning and career growth pathways are effective for their clients.
They will manage capability development to lead to measurable people performance and productivity improvement that supports the commercial and risk priorities of the organization. This will require active collaboration with business stakeholders, forums (such as Learning Councils) and People Capability (PC) Academies to identify, define and construct meaningful solutions that provide a range of organizational and individual benefits. They will partner with the other Human Resources Centres of Excellence (COEs), HRBPs and business stakeholders to both diagnose current people capability requirements and predict near future people capabilities needed by the organization.
