Network Solutions and Operations (NSO) is a critical organisation within American Express (AMEX) as it runs the Network used by our Global Partners (Acquirers and Issuers) to process card transactions. NSO also provides the platforms, defines the policies and creates exciting new payment products consumed by our Global Partners.
This job opportunity will reside within Network Certification & Servicing (NCS), which is an arm of NSO dedicated to certifying new & existing customers to the AMEX Payment products. (e.g. EMV Chip Processing, 3D Secure, Quick Response Code, Mobile Wallets, Click to Pay) This entails connecting AMEX’s Merchants, Processors and Network Partners to the AMEX Network and validating their authorisation and clearing messages to ensure they comply with the AMEX Technical Specifications.
Geographically, NCS operates and functions as a global organization with hubs in locations such as Phoenix, UK, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Sydney and Singapore.
Within the above context, a Certification Analyst opportunity has arisen, to be based in Singapore, to manage certification projects.
