We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Matterport is seeking a talented Partnership Director to support fast growing demand for our revolutionary Drive the increased adoption of Matterport solutions with the partner organization; facilitate communication, enablement and resource alignment to accelerate growth.
Create, develop and execute functional or sector specific initiatives in line with partner and Matterport strategic objectives.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Partner’s business objectives and effectively communicate and align with Matterport to drive incremental growth.
Develop presentations and materials to support sales with and through partner.
Support sales calls and consulting engagements where partner is involved by maintain up to date best practices on partnership
Lead the development and growth of the Matterport strategic partner ecosystem within high priority new vertical markets where we have strong product/market potential fit.
Seed new market verticals by identifying and structuring relationships with key early adopter partners.
Formulate and launch go-to-market strategy for key verticals in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Product
Structure and negotiate partnership deal terms with senior level external counterparts in collaboration with internal sales, product, and marketing teams
Build sales channel partnerships as required
Build consensus internally among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within senior-level audiences
Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy
Multiple years’ experience in a partnerships role with proven track record in achieving results
Will already be operating at Account Director/ Partnership Director level
Will have demonstrable experience of creating and delivering a partnerships strategy
Exceptional relationship skills and ability to build and convey compelling value propositions both internally and externally
Strong background of excellence in enterprise sales cycle selling into complex environments
Can design and execute a successful partnership playbook on a global level
Creates a compelling narrative to drive influencers within your network and champions Matterport’s vision throughout our ecosystem
Clearly understands SaaS metrics and applies to them to high-growth and performance
Track record of delivering to financial plans and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to form long-term strategic business relationships and comfort engaging with senior executives as well as technical subject matter experts.
Strong understanding of cloud technology solutions and applications.
Passion to develop innovative solutions to improve learner outcomes & operational efficiency and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced startup
Demonstrated team leadership, analytical mindset, partner management and project management skills, and financial acumen
Proven experiences with strong network in regional real-estate across digital marketing and technology is preferred
