Key Responsibilities Of The Ecosystem & Partnerships Director
Determine the ideal strategy for ecosystem building in key markets
Ecosystem market and customer strategy
Implementation strategy and phasing
Identify and acquire necessary partners
Develop partner prioritization matrix
Identify and prioritize key partners in each country
Develop partnership proposition for prioritized partners and prepare pitch material
Prospect and pitch to partners
Develop and negotiate commercials
Maintain and grow partner relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for ecosystem partners
Manage relationships with acquired partners to ensure continued collaboration, de-conflicting any potential issues
Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for other products to partners
Work with internal stakeholders (products, engineering, business development) to deliver exceptional delivery and impact for clients. Further, lead the ecosystem product development strategy as the subject matter expert
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experienced professional with >8 years relevant cloud industry or B2B partnerships experience
Alternatively, strong management consulting experience from McKinsey / BCG / Bain (MBB) of a minimum of 5 years who are already leading and driving client engagements
Passion and experience in Financial Services business lines and strong motivation in driving product innovation for clients
Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level clients
Commercial acumen to be a trusted advisor to drive impact for clients
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build partnerships with client teams as well as with internal stakeholders to deliver impact
Good understanding of enterprise architecture principles strongly preferred
Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
