Reporting to the Head of O&T Business Management and Governance, the incumbent will provide a dual-hatted support function, acting as the Technology Business Manager, as well as supporting Head of O&T on selected set of initiatives and senior management / C-level meetings.
He/ she will work hand in hand with internal O&T stakeholders such as the Head of O&T, Head of Departments, Project Portfolio Managers, and stakeholders from across Businesses and other Supporting Functions (such as CEO Office, COO Office, HR, Finance, Legal, Risk and Control, ORM and Compliance, etc.).
The candidate must have track record of operating as a Business Manager and/ or in a COO Office of the Operations and Technology organization, with hands-on experience in the areas of Financial Management, Workforce Management, Procurement Operations (including Sourcing), Process and Governance, Management Reportings, C-Level presentations preparations, and more importantly, Strategy and Planning activities.
As this is a senior position, he/she is expected to build strong working relationships and partnerships with members of the Business Management team, the wider O&T functions and other supporting Business functions, to effectively provide timely response to management’s requests.
