You will be part of the Chief Innovation Office team where they think beyond traditional banking to develop new services to take to market. about the role
Work closely with the Head of Innovation Hub to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
Work closely with internal as well as external stakeholders involved in the initiatives’ life cycle which include Sponsors, Coaches, Technology, Finance etc
Aim at improving processes, unlocking complex situations, helping communicate about what the Innovation hub is doing, and ensuring that stakeholders are managed well
Preparation of materials towards Innovation Fund submission deadlines
Have the financial overview for each team, perform forecasting, prepare budget requests, and ensure recharges of costs between Singapore and Head Office
Assist the venture builders with getting the support they need
Participate in recruitment and selection process of team members
Support in other administration matters to ensure that the Innovation Hub runs smoothly
skills & experience required
Demonstrated experience in providing clear analysis and accurate reporting for a complex programme
Results-oriented and process-driven
Adaptable and possess the ‘change’ mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple work streams
Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
Possess attention to detail as well as good problem solving skills
Strong communications, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Agile methodologies, projects management, and/or design thinking is a plus
