Lead and is a key driver for the Master Plan, Maintenance & Growth project execution plan.
Develop and implement policies to support the operational plans and processes, and to ensure the delivery of quality service in line with the customers needs.
Lead, oversee, manage and drive SHE policies and processes in alignment with global policy and meet legal obligations and standards.
Lead and drive cultural work excellence on work process efficiencies & align them with the company’s strategic objectives.
Drive & contribute to cost effectiveness through strategic partnerships.
Develop a performance culture, people development and training in alignment with the local businesses and Human Resources guidelines with the aim to be future ready.
Oversee and be accountable for the operations overall budget, allocation, spend and monitoring.
Oversee to ensure that there is a database & strategic pool of EPC contractors for execution of growth projects in the most effective way.
Develop succession plan to ensure sustainability.
Build strong stakeholder relationship both internally and externally.
Lead and is a representative with external parties and/or government agencies
Degree in Engineering or related field
Strong operational excellence background in oil & gas & chemical industry
15-20 years work experience with a proven track record.
Demonstrated ability in leading, influencing, driving and stimulating organizational change efforts
Demonstrated strategic mindset
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Strong business acumen and analytical ability
