In this role, you will assist in enhancing the business risk and surveillance-related projects, procedures, and processes of the private banking business. You will partner with stakeholders across the front office, compliance, risk, operations, consultants, and vendors to drive project plans and jointly deliver multiple work streams within scope, timeline, and budget.
You will assist the team lead in acting as the contact point and coordinator for risk-related topics. You are a good communicator and support strategic growth, enhanced client experience, improved risk management, and operational efficiency.
To qualify for the role, you possess a degree in business or finance and have a minimum of 4 years of working experience, ideally in operational or business risk across the private banking business. Strong analytical and good knowledge of risk, regulatory, control, and process design, understanding business flow and process, investigation, and analysis issues.
